Residum Showroom

The Residium showroom is more than just a display space, it is a collaborative hub for architects, designers, and homeowners to explore the latest innovations in home and workspace design. By bringing together premium brands and industry experts, Residium provides an immersive experience where visitors can discover high-quality materials, advanced technology, and the most efficient solutions for their projects.

At the heart of this space is the OmniOne Pro60, an all-in-one, instant boiling, chilled, and sparkling filtered water system. This system not only complements the showroom’s commitment to modern, high-end design but also enhances the visitor experience with convenient access to premium hydration.

Te Whare Nui o Tuteata Rotorua

The Te Whare Nui o Tuteata building in Rotorua is a testament to sustainable architecture and forward-thinking design. Developed by Irving Smith Architects and RTA Studio, this structure serves as the headquarters for Scion, a Crown Research Institute specialising in forestry and advanced technology development.

Located in the Whakarewarewa Forest Park, the new building creates a central hub for collaboration and research, bringing together professionals who were previously spread across multiple smaller buildings. Its name, Te Whare Nui o Tuteata, was gifted by the three local hap? — Ng?ti Hurungaterangi, Ng?ti Taeotu, and Ng?ti Te Kahu — acknowledging their deep connection to the land.

Amohia Ake. Developed by Tainui Group Holdings for ACC.

The Amohia Ake building, developed by Tainui Group Holdings (TGH) for ACC, is a state-of-the-art regional office designed to foster a healthier, more sustainable work environment. With 800 staff relocating to the 8,500-square-meter facility, this project symbolises innovation and cultural heritage, reflected in its name, which stems from a Waikato-Tainui tongikura:

“Amohia ake te ora o te iwi, ka puta ki te whei ao”

Designed by Warren and Mahoney and built by Hawkins, this landmark project upholds sustainability principles, including NABERSNZ energy efficiency standards, electric vehicle charging stations, and bicycle-friendly infrastructure.

Lewis Road Creamery

Lewis Road Creamery is synonymous with premium quality and innovation, producing some of New Zealand’s most beloved dairy products. When the brand set out to create an inspiring, high-end workspace, it partnered with @tailor_inc, a leading workspace design firm, to craft a space that embodies elegance, efficiency, and sustainability.

At the middle of this transformation is the Quadra Plus in Urban Brass, an instant filtered water system that reflects Lewis Road Creamery’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and modern design.

Auckland Airport – Auckland

Auckland Airport is one of New Zealand’s busiest transport hubs, welcoming millions of international and domestic travellers each year. As part of its commitment to sustainability and enhancing passenger experiences, the airport has invested in state-of-the-art amenities, including our filtered boiling, chilled, and sparkling water systems throughout its terminals.

By reducing the reliance on single-use plastic bottles and ensuring a constant supply of clean, filtered water, Auckland Airport is leading the way for environmentally responsible and passenger-friendly hydration solutions.

AMP – Auckland

AMP’s Auckland office has undergone a stunning transformation, designed by Catalyst Group to reflect the company’s future-focused vision. This project brings together sustainability, efficiency, and premium design, creating a workspace that prioritises employee wellbeing and operational excellence.

Within this modern fit-out is the Quadra Plus 15, an instant boiling, chilled, and filtered water system that seamlessly integrates into the office’s contemporary aesthetic. The sleek matte black dispenser taps complement the workspace’s sophisticated design, while our advanced technology ensures energy efficiency and sustainability.

2 Degrees – Auckland

Since 2009, 2degrees has been revolutionising the New Zealand telco industry with a commitment to fairness and innovation. Their latest milestone, achieving WELL Certification at the Platinum level under the WELL Building Standard™ v2 (WELL v2™), solidifies their leadership in employee well-being. Their Auckland head office is the first in New Zealand to achieve this prestigious recognition, setting a new benchmark for sustainable, human-centric workplace environments.

The WELL Building Standard is a globally recognised framework developed by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI). Based on over a decade of scientific research, it outlines key strategies for improving air, water, nourishment, light, movement, thermal comfort, sound, materials, mind, community, and innovation within built environments. These factors contribute to a healthier, more productive workforce, which is a vision that 2degrees has fully embraced in their Auckland headquarters.
